Pan Frying
Simple But Heavenly!

Pan Frying
Pan-frying is done by adding enough fat to a hot pan so that the fat comes up about half an inch up the side of the pan. The food is half way submerged in the fat while cooking and is usually flipped once or twice to ensure even cooking.

At The Spaulding School of Cuisine, we have brought together professionals who will teach you how to create pan fried dishes such as mouth watering juicy chicken schnitzel with a side of golden, lightly floured mushrooms...mmmm! Come and learn so many different recipes so you will never be stuck deciding what's for dinner!

Classes are conducted one on one as well as in groups depending on community desire.
