At present we are working to expand the Spaulding School of Cuisine into Midland and Penetanguishene with a professional kitchen.  In the interim, we are conducting lessons in Barrie and Collingwood; and based upon community participation, we are able to run specific courses in Midland and Penetanguishene through temporary kitchens we can access.
