My name is Corey Schlosser.

I own and operate a catering company called Chef Solutions. I have recently partnered with” Spaulding School of Arts”.

I have been an Executive Chef for the past 20 years. My career spans far and vast across the culinary industry.

I’ve worked such places as Nottawasaga Inn, Glenn Eagle Golf Club, CIBC Leadership Centre, Kempenfelt Conference Centre and The Manor byPeterandpauls.com to name a few.

I’m also a Culinary Professor at Humber College and Georgian College for the past 8 years. I have many awards and achievements from my past 20 years.

I’m now excited for my new adventure with the Spaulding School of Cuisine and look forward to a great partnership.

I graduated from George Brown College and have received my Red Seal in 1996
